A variety of treatment modalities are used to encourage reframing and creating new perspectives on concerns. Clients are encouraged to discover and build their own strengths and  to use skills and resources to take control of their own destinies and work toward a life that they feel happy with. Individual counseling is available as well as relationship counseling to couples and polyamorous relationships of various constellations. Services are holistic and encompass all aspects of an individual's identity and specifically tailored to their needs.
