I am a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution - Focused therapies within sessions. I work collaboratively with clients to discuss evidence-based strategies that fit them. I additionally operate from a trauma- informed care perspective. This means that I look at my clients holistically and I explore the past because I believe it informs the present.
I enjoy using a whole self approach where we focus on mind, body, and spirit. Seeking therapy and finding the right therapist for you can be a scary process, please feel free to utilize the free consultation as a tool to aid you. You can expect a knowledgeable, compassionate, and relatable experience with me. I have vast experience with working with college students and young professionals. Together we can collaborate navigating mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, I enjoy using a holistic approach on the mind and body connection. When you leave sessions, I hope that you feel validated and have a greater sense of awareness. I also aim to equip you with practical tools and strategies that you can use in your everyday life. These tools are evidence- based and effective.
